  • How do I track my order?
    • Upon ordering, customers will receive a tracking number through email.
  • Do you do returns/ exchanges? 
    • Yes. We accept both returns and exchanges on the condition of the customer paying for the shipping costs. 
  • Is my order insured?
    • Yes, all packages shipped are insured.
  • Do you offer expedited shipping?
    • Yes, customers may select this option at checkout. 
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    • Yes. We currently internationally ship to Canada, the UK, and Australia. 
  • How do you handle customs?
    • You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence. Tibets Jinten is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Tibets Jinten  to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges. If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping. If it is a custom piece and it is returned to us, you should contact us immediately to arrange reshipping as custom orders are final sale and we cannot refund you for the purchase. Should Tibets Jinten mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to be paid immediately. As with domestic shipping, if a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Tibes Jinten is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
