Tibetan tingsha (or Ting-Sha) (Tibetan: ཏིང་ཤགས་, Wylie: ting-shags) are small cymbals used in prayer and rituals by Tibetan Buddhist practitioners. Two cymbals are joined together by a leather strap or chain. The cymbals are struck together producing a clear and high pitched tone.

Tingsha or Cymbals are used by Tibetan buddhist practitioners and for meditation and reciting mantras, they are used by Hindu too. This one are handmade in Nepal. There is few ways to use them. You can use them for meditation by striking together from the side of Cymbals by holding one in each hand by the leather cord from few inches the Bell. or clapping together for praying or striking one by other for intervals, either ways these will produce magnificent sound that in a see it will take you into different Zone and brings peace and hormonic, which helps to focus/concentrate/mindfulness for meditation.

comes in 2 types one with Buddhist mantra, Om Mani Pad-may Hum, which is the mantra of compassion and one in Plain.
